This one-of-a-kind Chapel Hill restaurant off of MLK Boulevard never fails to disappoint with its modern vibe and incredibly tasty menu. Lucha Tigre has crafted the perfect fusion of Mexican-Asian flavor, especially within their brunch menu. Oh, and don’t forget to start your Sunday off right with their signature “bottomless mimosas”. My menu recommendation is the huevos con chorizo. ​Also, be sure to try the banana-nutella empanadas. They are not listed as a dessert, so be sure to ask your waiter or waitress about them. However, hold off on those until the end of your meal to make them the perfect, sweet, finishing touch. Pictured are the General Tso's chicken tacos, one of intern Ashley's favorites!
